Your key responsibilities

1. Leading diverse teams of professionals across different geographies to deliver a wide range of data and analytics services.

To qualify for the role you must have

1. Undergraduate or master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., engineering, computer science, business, economics, finance, statistics, and/or analytics).
2. Minimum of 9 years’ experience in banking, capital markets, insurance, or asset management domain with at least 3 years of experience managing a team.
3. Superior communication (verbal and written) skills.
4. Experience working independently under extreme time constraints.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Experience with client-facing activities such as requirements gathering and presentation creation.
7. Project management and process development expertise.
8. Excellent leadership and teaming skills.

DAE Specific

1. Ability to understand business challenges and address remediations through data architecture and engineering solutions.
2. Practical experience assisting clients with strategic Data Architecture and Engineering.
3. Experience architecting and designing large data platforms.
