THE ROLE

• Design, develop, and maintain AI models and algorithms for diverse applications, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Create and develop libraries and tools that enable teams across Panasonic to seamlessly use and deploy AI solutions and enhancements.
• Establish solutions that drive positive outcomes for our customers.
• Contribute to our Responsible AI products to help customers lead more fulfilling lives.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience
• Extensive experience with multimodal transformers, encoder/decoder architectures, and large language models (LLMs)
• Proven track record in language-driven projects, such as: Language generation, Voice processing, Data extraction (NER), Multi-agent models (autogen)
• Demonstrated success in building models that have been deployed into production environments
• Strong technical proficiency and hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Experience in health care or related fields is a plus.
• Experience with agile and iterative development approaches

THE BENEFITS

• A competitive base salary of $260,000 - $290,000 will be offered
