Sustaining Engineer

The Sustaining Engineer collaborates effectively with a diverse team, including engineers, designers, technicians, operations representatives, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of various sustaining engineering efforts within schedule and budget. The primary focus is on maintaining, modifying, and updating existing product lines, as well as providing engineering support to sales, production, and warranty departments. Additionally, the Sustaining Engineer actively contributes to generating design ideas for new products and finding solutions to enhance existing products based on customer requests.
