Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the testing team to ensure deliverables meet client requirements and specified quality and timeline parameters.
2. Project manage testing projects, including estimating, resource management, and scheduling with reference to testing work assignation.
3. Create work plans and monitor work schedules for on-time delivery as per defined quality standards.
4. Lead, guide, manage, engage, and develop the team.
5. Manage customer expectations on deliverables.
6. Participate in functional and technical discussions with the client and team.
