Only unusual problems are referred to more experienced staff.Ability to stand for an entire shift and walk around the warehouseAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Operate machines to ensure completed parts conform to print and process specificationsAccurately inspect finished parts using microscopes, tool maker's scope, micrometers, OGP, gage pins, thread gages, indicators, calipers or other equipmentPerform routine maintenanceObserve machine operating conditions and identify potential issues that can result in poor product quality and machine breakdowns and correct in advanceLoad feed mechanism by lifting stock into positionMaintain specifications by observing the manufacturing processes; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; and adhering to quality assurance procedures and processesMaintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needsAdjust machine off-sets to achieve required tolerancesMaintain adherence to production schedules and ensure quality inspections are completed in accordance with established proceduresFollow and continually monitor established safety procedures to assure a clean and safe work environment is promoted and maintainedMaintain a positive work atmosphere by communicating in a manner that interfaces well with customers, co-workers, and management membersSchedule:2nd Shift: 3:00pm-1:00am (4, 10 hours shifts)Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
