Join our client to Employ expertise in mechanics, electronics, optics, and computers to install, maintain, and repair a range of Imaging Equipment including PET, CT, SPECT. Ensure strong customer relations to uphold contract retention and success.
Primary Responsibilitie s:

• Provide field-based service for Imaging Equipment, conducting installations, maintenance, and modifications at customer sites.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly resolving issues and delivering courteous service.
• Respond promptly to service requests, ensuring on-site responses meet contract terms.
• Perform system installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Maintain detailed service logs and reports, documenting service calls, on-site visits, completed services, and recommended parts.
• Complete and maintain certifications for serviced systems, following Quality Management Procedures (QMP) and Work Instructions (WI).

Physical Demands:

• Periodically stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, taste, or smell.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in electronics or engineering discipline, or equivalent military training (BMET).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with molecular imaging equipment such as PET,CT, SPECT.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Cloud IOS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
