We are currently looking for a Director of Engineering, Product at a well funded and profitable Series C company in San Francisco.
Ideal Candidate
- Has 7+ years of management experience and 3+ years managing managers and teams of up to 35 direct reports
- Has a full-stack product engineering background with experience working on world-class consumer facing software engineering applications
- Experience working directly with product managers and cross functional teams on new product ideation, execution and delivery
- Oversees all Core Product teams for the business with 35+ direct reports and 4 managers across two offices
- Reports directly to the Head of Engineering (SVP of Engineering)
- Will work directly with the founders, head of product and head of engineering on new product strategy and feature development
- A prominent data analytics and business intelligence company with strong product market fit
- Offers incredible benefits and meets in San Francisco four times a week, with one day remote
$240,000 - $320,000 a year
