Job Description:

The client is looking for a Dynamics Consultant & CRM/Power Platform Developer Lead. You will be responsible for designing & developing customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform, Power Platform & Azure cloud services. 16+ years of experience required. This position requires onsite work 4 days a week.

Complete Description:

Applicants must have strong analytical skills and business vision to add value to our program staff by driving projects and delivering solid Dynamics CRM/365 solutions. They should have experience integrating external systems with Dynamics 365, planning and implementing solutions to address organizational requirements, and maintaining program staff relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

1. Skilled in Azure AD, Azure App Services, API development, Portals, Azure Data Lakes/Warehouses.
2. Expertise in Custom Workflow Activity, Plugin (C#), Power Automate, JavaScript, HTML, PowerApps Portals, Canvas Apps, and Power Platform development.
3. Interact with clients to understand complex business requirements and develop wireframes/mockups.
4. Create functional requirements and design for customizations.
5. Accurately estimate the level of effort for implementation tasks.
6. Installation, setup, and configuration of Dynamics 365 and associated Apps.
7. Create technical documentation of client Dynamics 365 environments.
8. Review developer proposed implementations and identify efficient designs.
9. Work with Delivery architects, Technical Leads, and developers to ensure access and security profiles meet the needs of the Agency.
10. Advise on complex business cases and propose comprehensive solutions utilizing 3rd party applications and extending Dynamics 365 with customizations.
11. Collaborate with Delivery architects, Technical Leads, and developers to perform code reviews to ensure alignment with pre-defined architecture/design or Microsoft recommended best practices for Power Platform.
12. Understanding of Microsoft Dataverse.
13. Excellent written and oral English communication and presentation skills.

Skills:

1. 16+ years in requirements collection and software application development. Required 16 Years.
2. D365 CRM and Portal Development Experience. Required 8 Years.
3. Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience. Required 20 Years.
4. Software Development Lifecycle Experience. Required 16 Years.
5. Power BI Business Intelligence (Cloud Base). 2 Years Highly Desired.
6. Azure Development Experience. Required 8 Years.
7. MS Power Platform Development Experience. Required 3 Years.
8. MS Office/PowerPoint experience. Required 3 Years.
9. Develop Wireframes/mockups (using Figma or similar tools). Required 2 Years.
10. CCWIS Solution Development Experience. Required 6 Months.
11. Strong verbal and written communication skills - must be able to articulate complex data to non-technical stakeholders. Required 16 Years.
12. Work onsite 4 days a week. Required.
