The Role

We are looking for a frontend software engineer to join our Product Engineering team! We're building the next generation, industry leading wealth management software platform for clients of all sizes. We need engineers who are not afraid of challenges and are driven to bring outstanding features to market. You would join a very strong team of engineers, surrounded by a company of people who are solving problems and innovating technology that clients love to use. You would use your skill and expertise in software frameworks and design patterns to craft a first class user experience that appeals to investment manager clients large and small. This is an opportunity to transform an industry!

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $101,000 - $158,000 (base salary). + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You’ll Do

• Drive and implement our product vision alongside the best designers and strategic problem solvers in the industry
• Help us scale our product platform to meet the needs of our rapidly growing population of users
• Collaborate on architecture designs, product features, and code reviews
• Own software features from inception through delivery
  
  

Who You Are

• Have software engineering internship experiences
• Have project/professional experience with JavaScript front-end frameworks
• Understand HTTP, REST and web API standards
• Shown success using front end frameworks such as Ember.js or React
• General familiarity with SQL, relational databases and key-value stores.
• Motivated to craft high quality software products
• Bonus: Experience in or knowledge of financial data systems
