WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The design team is seeking a mid-level Product Designer who will be comfortable with the many facets of the design process, including root cause investigation, research synthesis, brainstorming, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and the fundamentals of product design. You will work with senior members of the team while helping balance the needs of the business with the needs of our users. You’re a great fit for our team if you can thrive in detail-oriented tasks as well as supporting the team in defining future product direction. Most of all, you must be passionate about what you create and about the impact it can have. That matters to us a lot!
REQUIREMENTS
Necessary Experience
- Degree in Design, related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer or User Experience Designer for digital products and systems across mobile and web platforms
- An obsession with Figma
- A portfolio reflecting a deep understanding of design principles
- Familiarity with maintaining component libraries and design systems
- Familiarity with designing responsive web and mobile applications from desktop to mobile viewports
- High-fidelity wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing experience
- Experience working with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders
- Research experience with user interviews, surveys, and data analysis from event tracking
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience presenting your work to executive leadership and project stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS
- ADA / WCAG compliance experience
- Based in NYC

The expected salary range for this position is $90-110,000 for New York, $85,500-104,500 for Austin, and $81,000-99,000 for Phoenix.
