Job Description:
Overview
This position is responsible for onboarding of services and development of new capabilities on the AT&T Business Salesforce platform with particular focus on the configure, price, quote, contract and ordering functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Position will fill the product owner function as defined in the SAFe development model.
- Supports development across the full suite of AT&T Business services, including data transport, voice, mobility, managed services and security services.
- Works with business product managers to understand specific product needs and platform architects supporting solution development to translate business requirements into a technical solution.
- Assesses ability to simplify and transform services as part of the development process.
- Drives solution toward use of standard, configurable platform capabilities and minimizes the need for custom code development.
- Specifies the Salesforce capabilities required and writes features / user stories utilizing these capabilities.
- Supports scrum team by working with scrum master, developers and testers to develop the solution.
- Works with developers and testers to provide guidance on requirements and resolve design issues identified in development.
- Supports integration work with downstream systems to optimize the end-to-end solution.
Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Experience with SAFe development approach is required.
- Experience with SAFe development including PI Planning process and working in JIRA to manage feature / user story development.
- 3-5 years of practical experience in platform capability development, solution development, processes definition and API development/systems integration.
- 3-5 years of practical experience working with the client on the requirements definition and shaping of requirements to platform capabilities.
- 1-2 years of practical experience developing solutions on Salesforce Communications Cloud or Sales Cloud preferred.

Salary Range: $128,400.00 – $215,800.00
