Job Description: A top Food & Beverage client of ours in Charlotte, North Carolina is in the beginning phases of starting a Dynamics 365 F&O implementation from their legacy system and are in need of an experienced Developer to join their implementation for a 12 month contract.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with Business Process Owners and Product Owners for requirements and testing.
2. Develop, validate and execute code utilizing X++.
3. Clean, transform and model data for consumption through self-service tools such as Power BI and the Power Platform.
4. Combine data from different sources into a unified company-wide data model.
5. Provide technical guidance and serve as a mentor to other team members.
6. Document and maintain architectural design, technical configuration and mapping.
7. Document and maintain best practices, standards, and processes for managing the BI/DW systems and services.

Skills Required

1. Enhanced working knowledge and experience in Dynamics AX/365 development utilizing X++.
2. Advanced, hands-on knowledge of business intelligence solutions (data warehousing, integration, modeling, analysis).
3. Prior D365 F&O development and extension experience.
4. Experience with the Azure suite (data lake, data factory, SQL data warehouse, etc.).
5. Working knowledge of Power BI development and modeling.
6. Experience working in an Agile or SCRUM environment.
7. Strong collaboration and communication skills within and across teams. Must be a highly motivated, self-starter and capable of taking charge to produce results with minimal direction.
