Lead Java Developer

Role and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to code development approximately 90% of the time.
- Coach and mentor other developers 10% of the time.
- 5+ years of recent, hands-on experience with:
- Java
- Spring Boot
- Kafka
- Microservices
- NoSQL (Cassandra or CockroachDB preferred)
- Strong experience with Java/Spring/Microservices/REST API development.
- Experience with Kafka and NoSQL databases, particularly CockroachDB.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
