Repair furniture and structures (cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, windows and wallpaper) Paint and finish furniture and structures Check and make minor repairs on electrical systems such as HVAC, refrigeration controls, vacuum cleaners, hairdryers, lightning systems, television sets and phones Check and make minor repairs on plumbing systems and fixtures such as pipelines, valves, toilets, showers, sinks and cutting of keys as well as major repair of locks Perform preventive maintenance of plumbing and electrical systems according to the preventive maintenance schedule Maintain all cleanliness and sanitation of work area along with personal hygiene What do you bring to the role? 3-4 years of previous experience in general repair maintenance position Ability to use ladders and left heavy items Ability to use all general repair tools Ability to read simple drawings and specifications Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, grasp, twist, and stretch Ability to perform basic math Ability to read and write in English What's in it for you?
