About Paradromics

We are building a direct data interface with the brain to provide technology solutions to unmet medical challenges. A revolutionary leap beyond today’s research-grade brain computer interfaces (BCI), our Connexus® Direct Data Interface (DDI) collects neural signals at an industry-leading high data-rate and is designed for long-term daily use. Our first clinical application will enable severely motor-impaired people to communicate and independently use a computer, translating their neural signals into synthesized speech, text, and cursor control. We will continue to expand the capabilities of our massively scalable platform to support a pipeline of future applications that could benefit millions.

The Role

Paradromics is looking for an Electrical Manufacturing Operator to produce key components of our neural implant system. The candidate will be involved in our flip-chip bonding, heated press, lapping, and parts cleaning processes. They will also be involved in inspection of parts for conformance to specifications. There will be opportunities for learning, growth and potential ownership of processes and tools.

The ideal candidate is an experienced manufacturing operator with exposure to electrical test equipment looking to work on an exciting project and leverage multidisciplinary tools and techniques. Paradromics PCBA and wire bond assemblies include very fine-pitch components and features, so the ideal candidate will also have excellent manual dexterity and confidence manipulating delicate objects on very fine scales, as well as prior experience with electrical test equipment and fine-pitch SMT soldering.

You will have the opportunity to work with a fast-paced team of scientists and engineers trying to change the world – if that is interesting, this is the place for you!
