Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Manufacturing Engineer to work in a fast-paced, cleanroom environment with advanced equipment.
The ideal candidate will be committed to a long-term contract and be flexible with shift schedules, including mid-day or weekend shifts as required.
The role involves sustaining factory equipment operations, troubleshooting, and problem-solving, with opportunities to develop strategies for preventing recurring issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sustain operations of factory equipment in a cleanroom environment, including performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Execute tool ownership responsibilities and resolve equipment issues promptly.
• Conduct engineering data analysis, perform experiments, and carry out basic scripting and SQL queries.
• Work closely with manufacturing technicians and cross-functional teams to support factory operations.
• Develop strategies to prevent future equipment issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Adapt to a fast-paced working environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting performance goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics.
• Industry-related experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience in data processing and statistics.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing a cleanroom suit (bunny suit).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with scripting and SQL is a plus, though not critical.
• Strong work ethics, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility with shift schedules, including early or late shifts and weekend work as needed.
