As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.Our OfferingComprehensive Benefits Package Including: 20 Days PTO 401K Match Up To 6% Fitness Center Reimbursement Tuition Reimbursement Fertility and Adoption Reimbursement Employee Appreciation Events Free Electric Vehicle Charging Stations See all our Benefits on Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Returned Parts Analysis (RPA) to identify failure root cause for bearing returns while meeting customer deadlines Liaise with experts from Metallurgy, Metrology and Tribology for advanced RPA investigations Work closely with Application Engineering, Product Development and Advanced Engineering teams on RPA related topics Write RPA reports and document in SAP Maintain Lessons Learned database for RPA findings Plan, Estimate and Schedule all assigned RPA requests and maintain the Electronic Request System (ERS) database Assess and Interpret data from RPAs to create overall understanding of bearing failure trends and statistical overview Analyze warranty returned parts and supporting data from customers Develop new RPA techniques to enhance overall efficiency, customer satisfaction and lab capabilities Support benchmarking efforts through analysis of customer/competitor bearingsYour QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent knowledge Basic knowledge of automotive Powertrain and Chassis Applications Good understanding of bearings and their failure modes Basic Knowledge of Materials, Metrology and Tribology to analyze bearing failures Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products Knowledge of measurement and digital data acquisition tools and techniques Ability to read technical drawings and interpret GD&T requirements Good planning and organization skills Good written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of statistical analysis Ability to travel (10%)As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
