Position : Cost Engineer (CM Estimator)

We are seeking a Cost Engineer (CM Estimator) to join our Southern, CA team! Come join us!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage project cost by estimating, cost control, cost forecasting, investment appraisal and risk analysis.
Develop and monitor budget plans by verifying optimum balance between cost, quality and time requirement.
Converse directly with interfaces closely related to disciplines involved in cost,budget, schedule, management and planning.
Prepare cost estimates and schedules.
Assist the project manager to determine resources, support assessment, and decision making.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or other related technical field.
Certifications/Licenses such as: PMP, PE, or any other relevant equivalent, preferred.
Cost engineer certification, i.e. CCE and CCP preferred.
Experience with cost engineering directly related to construction projects, required (preferably on airport projects). -0-5 years' experience for Junior Level -5-15 years' experience for Mid-Level -15+ years' experience for Senior Level
Compensation:
$87,360 - $135,200 Annually
The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
