About the Opportunity

The Director System Engineering and Administration is responsible for designing, managing, administering, and monitoring applications integral to our business partners, products, and the Information Technology (IT) organization. We are seeking a passionate IT Leader with a broad spectrum of experience working across multiple business verticals in a rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Account creation, automation, and support for Google, Windows, and Azure enterprise and education environments
  2. Support and implementation of Windows engineering items including Intune, MFA, DLP, Cloud App Security, Defender ATP, and Defender Endpoint
  3. Support for large environments focused on automation and software patching
  4. Ensure products meet security, portability, and performance requirements
  5. Meet business timelines, establish and measure required SLAs
  6. Create and maintain documentation
  7. Develop, deploy, and support processes for data projects
  8. Build strategic partnerships with vendors
  9. Provide operational support, logging, alerting, and establish tools, standards, and operational procedures
  10. Work with third-party solution providers
  11. Exhibit critical thinking and provide direction with multiple stakeholders
  12. Ensure clear communication between business partners and the IT organization

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
