• Onboarding to Figma
• Design System evolution
• Upgrade to documentation platform

Role and the key responsibilities :

• Gain in depth understanding of the design system and component library
• Review designs for alignment
• Research UX best practices, accessibility / Audits across the site/designs / Proposal Prep for Governance / Facilitation of governance and open office hours
• Figma Graphic Creation / Documentation
• Help desk support
• Figma component creation

Describe the must have technical skills/experience: ( 3 years required in all)

• Systems thinking
• Design systems experience (using at minimum but hopefully contributing/maintaining)
• Figma experience (component building important)/ Building Tokens
• UX/Product design
• Presentation / Facilitation
• Mobile (native) design systems experience a plus
• Design tokens experience
• Experience building reusable Figma design components

Degrees or certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field -- experience in lieu of degree
• UX Bootcamp Design certificates accepted
