Mid/Senior Software Developer

Accretive Technology Group - Mid/Senior Software Developer - Seattle, Washington

This role is fully remote in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, South Carolina, Texas, or Washington.

We are continuing to expand our teams and currently have three open Software Developer positions available. We are seeking candidates with mid-level to senior-level experience.

We are looking for strong Mid-Senior Software Developers across the stack (frontend, backend, or full stack) to join us in solving interesting challenges and increasing our success (and theirs!).

To be successful in this role you have:

1. 3+ years of experience in software development
2. Professional-level verbal and written communication
3. Ability to solve problems quickly and sustainably

You are proficient with:

1. React, Node, and Typescript
2. MySQL, MariaDB, or other relational database
3. Git and version control software like GitHub or Bitbucket
4. Application/system design and architecture
5. Delivering software in an iterative environment using agile methodologies
6. Automated testing frameworks (ie., jest, junit, etc.)

Bonus points if you are familiar with:

1. Asynchronous systems using Kafka or a similar technology
2. Docker
3. Working in a service-oriented architecture
4. CI/CD software best practices
5. Technical leadership experience

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from design to implementation to deployment
2. Assist in creating, maintaining, and promoting best practices
3. Assist other developers through mentoring and code reviews

A reasonable, good-faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary for this position is $120K-$145K at a mid-level and $145K-$175K at a senior level. This position will also include a profit sharing that is dependent on a variety of factors.
