National Engineering firm with a strong project list in water/wastewater projects is looking for a Civil Site Development engineer to manage the site development side of the water projects. The position is a team leader/mentoring role for junior engineers and designers focused on the AutoCAD civil 3D production of construction drawings and requires knowledge and experience with AutoCAD civil 3D to lead the team.


The firm supports a strong advancement structure for Engineers including a Project Management career path and even office leadership opportunities.


The primary focus for projects will be site development and design for water resources and water wastewater projects currently in production within the firm, including the grading, paving and drainage on the site. The Civil Engineer will work closely with architects, engineers and clients to lead a team in creating initial design and construction drawings utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D. Any experience with hydraulics and water modeling software is a plus.


Requirements:

  • BSCE
  • Civil PE
  • A minimum of 5 years experience as a Civil Engineer focused on Land Development design
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Client Interaction skills
  • Project site design
