Raytheon is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer - Mission Management Modernization to join our team in Aurora, Colorado.

In this role, you will lead a large team of employees and be responsible for managing cost, schedule, and technical performance. You will work closely with the customer to shape the modernization roadmap and perform cost estimation of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs). Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on scope definition and cost estimation, preparing and presenting technical briefs, and identifying technical issues impacting the investment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and provide direction to a team of 50+ individuals in an Agile program environment
• Coordinate with stakeholders on scope definition and cost estimation
• Prepare and present technical briefs to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and address technical issues impacting the investment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years' experience
• Active and transferable Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance
• Previous experience leading Agile/DevSecOps teams
• Experience leading Engineering Teams on Defense and/or Intelligence Programs
