Non-Exempt Temporary or Casual - Electrical and Computer Engineering

About the Job

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering regularly seeks applicants for temporary (67 days or less)/casual (fewer than 14 hours per week) positions. These positions include academic and/or administrative responsibilities, on a temporary or casual basis.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Collaborations with faculty or staff supervisors
2. Performing duties contributing to the goals of the department, College of Science and Engineering, and University of Minnesota

Please note this posting is not for a specific position, but to establish a pool of applicants for consideration on an as-needed basis as opportunities arise within the department throughout the year. Positions are based on need, funding, and performance.

Qualifications

Educational credentials, work experience, and/or certifications in specific area/field that do not exceed those of comparable UMN job classifications. Qualifications determined by supervisor in consultation with Human Resources.
