What You'll do:

• Contribute to the overall growth of the UiPath business practice
• Turn process design documents into robust, reliable, automation solutions following Agile software development methodologies
• Participate in designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging new and existing RPA applications.
• Follow UiPath best practices related to coding standards, workflow design, testing, and source code control
• Stay up to date with the latest capabilities of the UiPath Platform
• Analyze RPA workflows to find causes of errors and design solutions
• Provide input in process automation meetings, analyze user needs, and determine technical requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Active Top-Secret Clearance with eligibility to hold SCI
• Experience developing automation solutions
• Willing to be on-site in DC metro location 4-5 days a week.
• Experience with UiPath OR .NET development.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Federal RPA implementations
• Familiarity and experience using UiPath Platform products, including Studio, Orchestrator, Automation Cloud, etc.
• Ability to follow best practices for UiPath RPA bot development, code reviews, and source code control
• Experience with Unit Testing Defect Remediation
• Experience providing post-install support
• UiPath Certified Professional - Automation Developer Professional
• UiPath Certified Professional - Specialized AI Professional

Skills: Robotic Process Automation

Certification: RPA Associate (UiRPA) - UiPath

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $74,219.00 - $140,536.00
