Presentation Designer

Job Overview:

• Looking for something to play the role as Chief of Staff to an AVP of Modernization, as well as a junior project manager.
• This person would be handling the organization of all regular meeting agendas and their corresponding presentations (superuser of PowerPoint).
• They would also keep track of project updates and deliverables due to other business units.
• Serve as an assistant to our Program Managers.
• This resource will prepare PowerPoint meeting decks, agendas, and materials. Tell a story with PowerPoint.
• Work with other stakeholders to collect information & edit materials.
• Will help the team keep track of meetings, agendas and keep the team on track.
