Overview: We are seeking a proactive and passionate Power BI Developer to join our team as we migrate from multiple databases to Microsoft Fabric. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of data visualization, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to derive actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards using Microsoft Fabric.
• Migrate existing data and reports from multiple databases to Microsoft Fabric, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Optimize Power BI models for performance and scalability.
• Work with Azure cloud services to manage and integrate data.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer, with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong background in Azure cloud services and data management.
• Proficient in SQL; experience with Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to understand and analyse business processes, particularly in the retail energy sector.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for data.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
