  • Provide support for billing and cost tracking to ensure that document-related changes are reflected in financial reports.
  • Track permits and inspections on a monthly basis, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and timely updates to the document set.

  • Provide owner training within 30 days of closeout

Bidding Support:

  • Provide support in creating front-end bid documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission.
  • Manage bid document distribution, targeting 3-5 bidders per category, tracking their responses, and reporting updates to the Project Manager.
  • Prepare Construction Manager (CM) bid documents pre-bid (1 week before), post-bid, and manage bid tabs and recommendations to assist the PM in decision-making.

Schedule Updates:

  • Maintain the master schedule and update it monthly to reflect the most current project information.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of lookahead schedules on a weekly basis.
