Oracle Senior Software Engineer - Augusta, Maine

Oracle Health Data & Analytics Platform is growing and looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Care Coordination team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for writing and configuring code in accordance with our client’s technical specifications. You will make enhancements to existing software, participate in code reviews, collaborate on technical designs, and assist in debugging and documenting root cause analysis and resolution. Additionally, you will identify process improvements to support operations and development ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
2. Programming experience with Java and Ruby.
3. Familiarity with technologies around Big Data Processing, Relational Databases, ETL, Hadoop Ecosystem, SQL schemas, and queries.
4. Knowledge of DevOps technologies such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, Spinnaker.
5. Experience with any Cloud platform such as OCI, AWS, Azure.
6. Knowledge of software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.
7. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members.
8. 6-10 years of experience required.

Preferred:

• Experience with any Cloud platform such as OCI, AWS, Azure.
• Ability to write documentation.
