Job Title: CMM Programmer/Inspector - Direct Hire
Shift: Day Shift
Location: Kennebec County, ME

Write CMM programs and inspect parts using PC-DMIS or similar software in line with GD&T and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Write and edit CMM programs for part inspection.
  • Read CAD files, blueprints, and manuals to determine inspection procedures.
  • Train CMM operators and troubleshoot mechanical/programming issues.
  • Participate in program review processes.
  • Adhere to AS9100 and other quality standards.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years CMM inspection or 3+ years programming experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of PC-DMIS.
  • Blueprint reading and GD&T skills.
  • Must meet ITAR definition of US Person(s).
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred:
  • Training in blueprint reading, GD&T, and PC-DMIS programming.
