Take the first step in becoming an Elite team member by applying today!Benefits and PerksIndustry leading payComprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Short-term Disability, Life insurance, and Paid Time OffOn-call bonus payOut of town travel bonus payResponsibilities:Prepare timely and accurate engineered solutions for a variety of integrated security systems: access control, CCTV/IP video surveillance, intrusion detection, identity management, electronic locking hardware, and associated infrastructureProduce comprehensive system design and documentation (bill of materials, scope of work, budgets/estimation, etc.) that meets projected marginsPerform site surveys as necessary to create accurate proposalsDevelop pre-sale design, drawings and documentationOrganize solution reviews and internal technical meetingsCommunicate daily (verbally and in writing with the operations team and management)Assist in development of transfer packets/ handoff content to operations team for successful implementationQualifications:Technical or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred3-5 years of experience in the security field preferred – either in pre-sales support, estimating or hands-on security system installationSome CAD and/or Visio experienceKnowledge of installation of products such as access control, cameras, cabling infrastructure, AV/ Network racks, wall plates and interfacesBasic understanding of server, storage and networking architecturesAbility to read construction documents to inform security design decisions related to building construction and infrastructure.Ability to work directly with others or as a group in a team atmosphere.Proven oral and written communication skills.Excellent customer service skills.The ability to be organized and effective in a fast-paced environment.Strong computer skills.Detail-oriented and proven ability to follow tasks through to completion.Physical Requirements:Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of timeMust be able to stand, walk, and bendMust be able to see color to discern plansAdditional Requirements:Must be able to work Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 5:00PM; additional work may be requiredMust possess and maintain a satisfactory background recordMust be willing to travel during the week up to 25% of the timeElite Contracting Group ensures nondiscrimination in all programs and activities in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
