Responsibilities:
• Lead the initial collection and definition of business transformation objectives and requirements for an ERP implementation
• Define the strategy to achieve business transformation objectives related to the ERP implementation
• Document and improve business process aligned to transformation objectives
• Use standardized process for mapping business needs to technology options, including assessment of risks and possible mitigations
• Lead the building, testing and delivery of ERP solutions using industry leading vendor technologies and agile methodologies
• Provide high level cost and resource estimates for application development efforts
Qualifications:
• minimum of five years of experience as a with Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O or related technology
• Strong understanding of the D365 technology stack and the peripheral technologies that can be leveraged including, but not limited to, Azure, Azure SQL, Power BI, Common Data Service, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Machine Learning
• Detailed understanding of D365 processes and best practices with knowledge of recommended ISV's and how to include in project implementations
• Experience participating in Technical design/Architecture, integration, Data conversion and Development as well as Process alignment
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Ability to obtain government clearance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document and communicate technical information to IT Leadership, the business, developers and support staff
• Strong experience as primary technical leader with the ability to manage resources and multiple projects simultaneously
