Role and Responsibilities for Position:
- Lead the design and construction administration of HVAC systems for building projects, both new construction and renovation, within various market segments
- Lead clients and internal design team, including architects and engineers, through the planning and design for the mechanical systems for building projects, both new construction and renovation
- Produce high quality deliverables for Clients at all stages of design
- Serve as a primary contact with client and consultants for mechanical engineering design on projects
- Travel with team members for onsite collaboration, investigations, and project presentations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architectural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
- Experience in design of healthcare, data center, senior care, higher education, commercial, central plants (including steam and chilled water systems) and/or government projects
- PE registration
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Experience with Revit and Bluebeam
