Anglicotech, LLC is actively seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Technical Developer to enhance a logistics system for the Marine Corps based on the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The system encompasses a broad range of functionalities such as asset visibility, supply chain management, maintenance, readiness assessments, and financial tracking. The ideal candidate will join an Agile development team to create and implement Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, Configurations, Personalization, and Workflows (RICECPW) tailored to Oracle SCM and Oracle Projects.


Location:

  • This position is located in Stafford, Virginia .


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze requirements and engage in functional design, configuration, testing, and documentation of RICECPW solutions across multiple Oracle SCM modules including CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM, FND, and Oracle Projects.
  • Provide technical support for Oracle Project implementations and utilize Oracle Projects APIs.
  • Adhere to the Agile methodology for all technical activities and documentation standards.
  • Assist with change management processes, review change requests, and support requirement gathering.
  • Conduct development and user acceptance testing following established scripts, documenting results, and presenting findings to Product Owners and government teams.
  • Offer detailed deployment instructions to ensure successful code migrations.
  • Manage the design and development phases for Oracle module enhancements.
  • Generate timely updates and deliver assigned work products adhering to quality and schedule commitments.


Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations.
  • Proficient with Oracle EBS R12, Oracle databases, and Oracle SCM modules including Oracle Projects PA.
  • Strong grasp of Oracle EBS technical toolsets, including PL/SQL, Reports, Forms, XML, SOA, BI Publisher, Alerts, and Workflow development.
  • Familiarity with Oracle EBS and/or SCM base tables and ability to perform impact analysis on Oracle updates.
  • Expertise in designing interfaces and conversion routines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver solutions meeting SLAs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and provide 24x7 support as needed.
  • Background in requirements analysis, testing, and documentation.


Security Clearance:

  • US Citizenship required
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance at the minimum level of Secret


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of Experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management modules R12 and Oracle Projects


Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Oracle Project Manufacturing
  • Experience in Marine Corps / DoD supply and maintenance processes
  • Experience with OAS and WF
  • Experience in APEX
  • Experience in Agile
