Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Developing and testing workflows and playbooks within Client's Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platform.
- Assisting SOAR platform users with workflow and playbook development questions.
- Developing custom platform integrations with 3rd party tools using Python.
- Reviewing and prioritizing new automation use cases as they are submitted.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 2+ years of experience developing within Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR platform.
- 3+ years of experience in the IT Security field or related area.
- 3+ years of development with Python or PowerShell.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Python, Bash, PowerShell, and/or JavaScript.
- System security or administration certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, Security+, Cloud+, CCSA, etc. are preferred.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- 2+ years of experience developing within other SOAR platforms (ex. Splunk Phantom, Demisto, Siemplify, ThreatConnect).
- Experience with SIEMs and other security platforms.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
Location: Mountain View, California
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $58 - 68 per hour
