Lead Engineer - Navy ISR&T

Description

We are seeking a Lead Engineer for the Distributed Common Ground System - Navy (DCGS-N) program. This role involves leading a team in the technical evolution of the DCGS-N system using modern Agile methodologies in a DevSecOps environment. The successful candidate will oversee engineering, integration, and deployment, as well as conduct systems requirements analysis, architecture design, system testing, and quality assurance. Additionally, managing the overall work effort and products of the engineering staff is a key responsibility. Some travel and shipboard visits will be required.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the technical evolution of the DCGS-N system
• Conduct systems requirements analysis, architecture design, system testing, and quality assurance
• Manage the overall work effort and products of the engineering staff
• Provide support to business development and proposal development

Basic Qualifications

• Master's degree in a computer science or engineering related discipline
• 12 years of engineering and/or software development experience
• 5 years of Navy ISR related experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DCGS-N system

Pay Range: $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
