Mechanical Source Inspector
- W2 Contract
- Start Date: Immediately - Upon Customer Approval
- Duration: 1 Year Plus
- Location: Waterbury, CT 06705
- Shift: First
- 40 Hours/Week
- Training
- Travel / Mileage Compensation
- Local candidates only
Experience with the following disciplines:
- Commodity: Machined Weapon Parts
- Purchase Order Quality Flow Down Requirements and Special Instructions
- QAP Drawings – Quality Assurance Provisions
- AIE Documentation – Acceptance Inspection Equipment
- Various Sampling Plans
- Receiving, In-Process, Final Inspections/Inspection Reports/Travelers
- (IMTE) Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment/Custom Inspection Gauges
- Hands – On dimensional inspections for verifying compliance of complex machined, formed, stamped, cast, and forged parts
- Complex Engineering Drawings/Parts Lists/GD&T and associated documents
- All types of Certifications (C of C, Material, Finish, etc…)
- Experience with First Article Inspections in accordance with AS9102 or Equivalent
- US Citizenship
