As a Full-Stack Software Developer at ProjectCGR, you'll play a crucial role in developing our marketplace platform. You'll work collaboratively with our in-house team and an outside firm to deliver a robust, scalable solution. Key Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack code for our marketplace platform using our primary technology stack.
- Design and implement features that cater to both sides of our marketplace
- Deploy server and front-end applications to cloud providers, primarily AWS
- Continuously improve your software development skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the architecture and design of our platform
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to implement user-friendly features
- Work effectively with our partner firm, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills
- Contribute to the growth and development of our in-house team
- Maintain the confidentiality required in a stealth startup environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a full-stack developer, with a strong portfolio of projects
- Proficiency in our primary technology stack (React, React Native, Tailwind, Node, TypeScript, SQL, AWS)
- Experience with cloud deployment, preferably AWS
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Adaptability to work with external partners and integrate into multi-team projects
- Self-motivated with a passion for staying current with emerging technologies
- Experience with or interest in marketplace platforms is a plus
- Comfort with the fast-paced, ever-changing environment of a startup
