As they approach a pivotal product launch, they're seeking a Lead AI Engineer to spearhead future innovations from the ground up!
In this role, you will take charge of designing and implementing conversational AI agents, leveraging RAG pipelines, LangChain, LangSmith, LLMs, and advanced machine learning techniques. A key aspect of the position involves working independently to conduct AI research, spike initiatives, and R&D projects, driving exploration of new technologies and breakthrough solutions.

The person
* A strong background in implementing AI /ML projects (Conversational AI / Muti-agent / LLM)
* Strong understanding of NLP, ML, and LLM
* Experience with LangChain, LangSmith, RAG, Multi-agency designs, and R&D projects
* Very passionate about leading edge technology!
* Experience in the role of full-stack or back-end software engineer
* Happy to work 5 days a week in Miami onsite
The role
* Lead the design of conversational AI, RAG pipelines and agent architectures
* Lead the design of web applications with a focus on integrating AI capabilities.
* Research & Development activities to fine tune and improve AI
* A technically autonomous role working closely with the VP of Engineering
* Working with customers on the AI platform implementation.
* Early start up environment with the equivalent of series B funding!
