Required Skills:

1. C#, WPF, XAML and the MVVM pattern
2. Microsoft Prism / modular application design
3. Must be able to work independently and produce elegant, easily maintainable code
4. Ability to communicate and interact directly with front office personnel

Desired Skills:

1. VBA skills (Excel / Access) a plus
2. UX / Prototyping tools (Indigo Studio, Balsamiq Mocks)
3. UI Design / Expression Blend
4. Financial industry experience
