Real estate investor, artist, and owner of design boutique seeks part-time assistant to help manage her personal life.
Requirements include a BA/BS; minimum 5 years’ experience as an assistant or equivalent; familiarity with HNW clientele; the ability to work independently and determine solutions given limited information; patience, tact and consistency; being organized; having integrity; responsiveness. Also, you have to be comfortable with dogs.
Responsibilities include keeping her organized, keeping her calendar, travel planning, making appointments and reservations, making purchases big and small, sourcing, overseeing flower deliveries, dog walkers and groomers, house management. There may be some renovation oversight in the future.
In short, making sure her life runs smoothly, including in the face of last-minute changes.
