In this role you will:

• Increase telemetry from the company's network and analyze data for security insights
• Coordinate with external companies and vendors to integrate telemetry with vendor infrastructure
• Manage a mix of planned tasks and urgent, high-priority work, ensuring timely and effective responses
• Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to make informed decisions and maintain communication

The Ideal Candidate

• 8-10 years of experience in the field
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and computer hardware/software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and provide mentorship
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
