Landscape Designer and Project Captain

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in landscape projects, including but not limited to preparing schematic design, construction documents & Permit Set etc.
• Effectively split efforts between design work and project coordination to assist in project management, such as project schedules update
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements

• A degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and 3D Softwares
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
• Disciplined in time management
