Job DescriptionMachine set-up and running of Haas milling centerSet Up includes measurement of component and the making of subsequent required tool offsets to bring a component into specified dimensions. We do a combination of production and prototype workRunning includes working in full capacity as the machine operator. You will develop new processes and improve existing processesAssure work instructions are followed and requirements are met including dimensional, aesthetic, timeliness, etc.Monitor product and take corrective action to keep parts within tolerance when necessaryComplete all required paperwork thoroughly and timely.Leading manufacturer of precision electrical connection devices for 30 years.We are a worldwide designer and manufacturer of micro and nano miniature interconnect products, featuring COTS, Standards and Custom connectors for industries such as Military, Aerospace, Defense, Medical and other technology oriented OEMs. Omnetics is AS9100/ISO9001 qualified.Super clean shop - they have 12 Haas Vertical Mills and 1 Fanuc Robodrill. They also have a Video Comparator candidates will get to learn how to use.They expect to add a Swiss Lathe machine in the next yearHours/Starting Pay Range:6am - 4:30 Monday- Thursday and over time is available on Fridays.$20-$35/hr completely depending on interview, experience, and skillsetCompliance:No Drug Test, No BG CheckAbout Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
