Job Description:
Looking for a Senior Level Enterprise System Monitoring Engineer who is proficient in the core monitoring tools and can perform support and monitoring tasks.

• Proficient in the administration of at least one of the following Event Management tools: BigPanda, Moogsoft, Client BSM or Client OpsBridge – preference is BigPanda.
• Proficient in the administration of one of the following Network Monitoring solutions: Entuity, SolarWinds, Client NNMi, NetScout, ExtraHop or ThousandEyes – preference is Entuity.
• Proficient in the administration of AppDynamics including:
  
  • Application Performance Management (APM)
  • Real user monitoring (RUM)
  • SAS synthetics and/or Private Agent synthetics
  • DB monitoring
  • OS monitoring
  • Mobile monitoring
  • Cloud monitoring
• Excellent system troubleshooting skills.
• Team player and highly motivated.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Proficient in the administration of one of the following CMDB solutions: Client UCMDB, Client ServiceNow, Remedy Atrium CMDB.
• Proficient in the administration of one of the following Notification Solutions: Xmatters, PagerDuty, Everbridge – preference is Xmatters.
• Experience with synthetic end user monitoring/scripting.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud.
• Scripting experience (Perl, Python, Selenium Webdriver Python, VB, etc.).
• Experience/Knowledge working with REST API Integrations.

Skills Required:
• BA in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Science
• Team player, strong support skills
• Innovation mindset
• 7-10 years in the Technology field
