RF Power Amplifier Pallet Design Engineer
Qualifications
Bachelors' degree in engineering or similar field.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience designing high efficiency power amplifiers.
Experience in advanced high power RF measurements.
Experience using ADS or AWR RF simulation tools and AutoCAD for mechanical design.
Skills:
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Self motivated with strong planning and organizational skills.
Strong Analytical skills.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work within a team environment.

RF Power Amplifier Pallet Design Engineer
- Work in a multi-disciplinary team with multiple locations to develop single and multi-stage RF pallet products for the Aerospace and Defense market.
- Design, simulate, build and tune high power amplifier pallets for A&D applications.
- Work with assembly teams to ensure first prototypes meet manufacturability requirements.
- Test to ensure customer specifications are satisfied.
- Work with the Transistor design team to optimize GaN high power amplifiers for customer specific applications
- Document, characterize, and release pallet products for high volume production
