Compensation commensurate with experience.BSEE degree requiredExperience with RF semiconductor devices (chips)Understanding of RF test concepts like modulation, power servo, EVM and ACPRStrong knowledge and skill in coding C++ and C#Strong knowledge of circuits including RF fundamentalsHas the ability to communicate well, both verbally and written with others.RESPONSIBILITIES:Reviews product test specification (datasheet) and test equipment specifications.Designs and debugs final test solution for semiconductor products - primarily WiFi.Correlates ATE results to lab bench resultsGenerates/troubleshoots test software on production ATE (e.g. Advantest, Teradyne, Cohu, NI)Advises layout technician on design and fabrication of production test PCBProvides test software and hardware support to work centers to meet customer sampling requirements while complying with product lifecycle scheduleReviews and submits production documentation and hardware for product release and test solution handoff to high volume production test environmentSupports Lean / Continuous-Improvement activities and quality improvement initiatives within the Test Development teamUses production test processes such as correlation, ANOVA, De-Embedding for test solution development and deploymentWorks closely with other Test Engineers in a tightly-knit team setting.
