Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Major Incidents by adjusting existing or instrumenting new monitoring to address monitoring deficiencies.
  • Support Problem Management's enterprise root cause analysis (RCA) processes.
  • Capture technical information from the relevant stakeholders and synthesize it into useful information in various formats for senior management.
  • Knowledge of technical excellence with continuous delivery, automated testing, security methodologies, system performance, and disaster recovery concepts. Capable in navigating through a product outage, skilled in identifying performance bottlenecks, spotting anomalous system behavior, and figuring out the root cause of incidents.
  • Strong ability for using independent judgment to make sound, justifiable decisions and take action to solve problems.
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently or in team settings on complex production issues.
  • Participate in On-Call support as needed.
  • As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
  • You will be expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).
  • Additionally, you will be required to actively participate and contribute in team discussions, as well as provide solutions to work-related problems.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance application functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application development processes.
