Concentric Corporation is looking for a Salesforce Developer Team Lead with extensive experience in architecting solutions and scoping projects to join our client’s team in Omaha, NE but can live in Kansas City if okay with weekly travel.
The Salesforce Developer Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, strong leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in scoping and managing project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Architect, design, and develop custom solutions within the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Apex code.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Oversee project lifecycles, from scoping and requirements gathering to implementation, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, including the review of code, design documents, and integration strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other internal and third-party applications.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and performance optimizations.
- Stay current on Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices, recommending strategic platform enhancements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across development, staging, and production environments.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Proven experience in architecting Salesforce solutions and scoping large-scale projects.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud is a plus.
- Salesforce Developer, Administrator, or Architect certifications are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data security models, sharing rules, and data model design.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
