Job Description

Job Position: CQ5 Developer/Architect

Job Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Responsibilities:

  1. Hands-on experience in building and deploying enterprise-level Web Content Management solutions on Adobe CQ 5.3 or above.
  2. Experience implementing, enhancing, and troubleshooting Adobe CQ5/AEM installations.
  3. Very good knowledge of Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework, and Apache Felix OSGi framework.
  4. Strong client interfacing, excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Participate in Design Discussions and Client Meetings.
  6. Translate customer requirements into technical designs and AEM specific implementation specifications; design and implement websites to support multi-site, multi-channel, multi-lingual delivery environments.
  7. Develop digital consumer experiences based on the foundation of the Adobe CQ/AEM product suite, including CQ/AEM, CRX, CQ WCM, and DAM.
  8. Design and improve internal development methodologies and contribute to organizational best practices and policies.
  9. Apply industry-standard design patterns for web application development.
  10. Build websites and applications using Adobe Experience Manager.
  11. Design and build components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR).
  12. Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management such as search result accuracy, dynamic content linking, formatting, image scaling, internationalization, and personalization.
  13. Work in an agile, rapid development, and prototyping environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8-10 years of overall IT experience.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree.
  3. Good communication and analytical skills.
